Lilith
day after day she waited,
her memories a muted haze

she could no longer recall her reasons,
the ingrained pain numbed only by time.

years and years and years passed,
only her heart's yearning was unceasing

all that she longed and longed and longed for
was never returning forever hurting.

    Perfect! I absolutely love to see models that are "less than ideal" in the world's ever-changing standards.
